hi guys! im madi, 15 and from australia. i weigh 50 kgs and im 5’2. this blog is to motivate me to become tonned, fit and healthy and i hope it inspires you to do the same.
my main goals and ambitions are to loose weight around my thighs and to ton my butt. im celiac (wheat intolerance) which means i already have a pretty healthy diet. i also want to beautiful looking vibrant skin.
some exercises/sports i do are, netball (winter) oztag (summer). long boarding surfing. walking my dog, irregular swimming and ab circle pro (great way to burn calories quick) and small routines.
i believe that having healthy positive mind is also very important so here are my tips….
1. there will always be someone who will have more than you, stop comparing yourself
2.accept all compliments with “thankyou”… you will start believing them
3.look in a full size mirror and pick five things you love about yourself
4.do something your good at
5.remember all the things you have achieved
6.be true to yourself and live your life not someone elses
7.give more of yourself to others around you
8. associate yourself with positive people
9.dont focus on the things that are wrong, focus on everything right
10. relax- have a day to yourself!
